Seller plans

Sellers pay a platform fee on each sale paid through Plasi: 5.3% all-in on the Free plan (it already includes card processing); on the paid plans (Pro ($39.99/month) and Enterprise ($79.99/month)) Plasi takes 0% and the seller pays only Stripe's processing at cost. The paid plans are optional.

What buyers pay

Buyers pay no platform fee on card payments. Paying in crypto adds 3.5%, and paying by bank wire (orders of $3,000 or more) adds up to 1.5%.

• Card & local methods: no surcharge.
• Crypto (USDC): +3.5% (covers the crypto processing fee plus Plasi's markup).
• Bank wire (orders $3,000+): up to +1.5%.

Escrow protection

Plasi holds each card payment in escrow and releases it to the seller 14 days after the carrier confirms delivery, or sooner when the buyer confirms receipt. An open return or dispute keeps the funds held. Funds are held until you confirm delivery, or released automatically 14 days after delivery if you take no action. See the Returns & Refunds policy.

Promotion & boosts

Boosts are optional paid placement: $5 per day per listing, plus $5 per day for search keywords, for 1 to 30 days.
